People

People are key to everything we do. We work hard to discover the contexts in which people work, and what it is they really need to thrive and develop. To do this we ensure our programmes are completely responsive to real needs. Like skilful dancers, we work off the dynamic energy and agility of each other. We work from a structure and then improvise within and around it, choreographing a programme that ensures the aims and outcomes of the organisation, the participants, and the trainers are met.

Our team at Nick Owen Associates is mature and experienced. Individually, or in various combinations, we have worked across the private and public sectors, across a wide variety of fields and disciplines, and widely across each of the continents (except Antarctica!). We have a passion for what we do and a passion to support our clients find the best within themselves to become responsive leaders at every level of their organisation.
